Refund policy
We aim to keep our returns policy as simple and straightforward as possible. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return via email to hello@wearegmys.com
We will not accept the return of products that have been purchased via eBay, Amazon or other online or instore retailers. Please get in touch with the seller to proceed with the return/refund in this case.
If you changed your mind:
We accept returns, provided they meet all the following criteria:
- The products were bought from www.wearegmys.com
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.
- All products must be in a perfect resealable packaged condition.
- The products must be clean, undamaged, unused, unopened, and complete in the original packaging.
- Free items that came with your product also must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If not returned, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to return a product within 14 days:
Please ensure your return follows the above criteria. If so, please advise our Customer Service Team about your return by emailing: hello@wearegmys.com.
Please return your parcel via a trustworthy courier service to: Unit 13, Matchborough Centre, Matchborough Way, Redditch, B98 0EP. Please include the following information on a neatly handwritten or printed paper inside the parcel: order number, full name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
The above steps are necessary to ensure your return will be associated with your order and account. Once we have received your returned parcel and checked that the products are in good order, and providing that the criteria has been followed, we will issue the refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reach your account. If any omissions have been made this time frame may be extended.
Order Issues:
All orders are treated with the greatest care during the picking and packing process. Our Distribution Team verifies that the products packed are correct, in good condition, and complete. However, accidents and errors may still occur. If you are experiencing an order issue, please contact our Customer Service Team (hello@wearegmys.com) they will do everything they can to correct the matter.
Product Exchanges:
Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
